The project is a mixed-use development on a land in the city of Karbala - Iraq of approximate area 36,000 sqm. The unique design is inspired from Karbala’s historical buildings merged with a modern artistic touch. The project consists of a Mall, 5-stars hotel, historic panorama, car park of 1,100 lots and a landscape. The mall includes retail stores, cinemas, restaurants, multi-purpose area, bowling court, shooting range, etc. The project built-up area is around 200,000 sqm.

Harmonizing Heritage and Modernity: A Unique 36,000 sqm Mixed-Use Development

Remarkable design for a 600 beds university hospital in Baghdad that combines beauty and functionality, aiming at providing highest level of medical care and professional diagnosis, developing programs for research, establishing surveying and statistical studies, and developing specific program for disease management and care.

A Visionary Design for a 600-Bed University Hospital

An Award winning design that tells the revival story of Mesopotamia through a prestigious architectural competition to design the new compound of the Secretariat General for the Council of Ministers in Baghdad. Zaha Hadid and more than 30 other international architects participated in this competition won by CAP.

The project site is located in the Green Zone at Baghdad, Republic of Iraq and shall be the new Headquarters of the Iraqi Government.
The estimated total built-up area for the Project is around 178,000 sqm.
The Project consists of two basement levels with parking facility for 1,000 cars, a podium comprising four levels, and 12 floors tower above the podium.

It comprises three main parts:

- VIP Zone which makes up the Prime Minister’s Office, the Secretary General for the Council of Minister’s Office, multipurpose hall with a capacity for 1,000 people, meeting rooms for the press, ceremonial halls and offices for 10 Ministers.

- Departments for the Council of Ministers including among other sections, reception, security, meeting spaces, main departments and committees offices, and other supporting departments and functions.

- Ancillary Buildings include the buildings for providing all the project services like storage, utility services, plant room/chiller room, sewage treatment plant, fuel station, car workshop and parking area etc.
